Bonaire Black ("Bonni")
Age: 18
Date: 12/31/2020
Location: Atlanta, GA
Info: Bonni was found lying under a blanket on the third floor of a parking garage. Atlanta police say there were no signs of foul play, but people who knew her say she was killed during an argument.
Bonnie died just 7 days before her 19th birthday and was homeless at the time of her death. She was described by those who knew her as an artist, songwriter and rapper.
Kimberely Patricia Cope ("Kim")
Age: 40
Date: 12/27/2020
Location: Athens, GA
Info: Kimberely's body was found in the parking lot of a restaurant not far from her home. Her death is considered suspicious.
Courtney "Eshay" Key
Age: 25
Date: 12/25/2020
Location: Chicago, IL
Info: Courtney was found unresponsive on the side of the street after being shot on Christmas Day. She died at the scene.
Myliah Monae Mullen
Date: 12/20/2020
Location: Baltimore, MD
Info: Myliah died by suicide. Her friends and family came together in a vigil for her on Christmas Day.
Chae’Meshia Simms ("ChaeChae")
Age: 30
Date: 11/23/2020
Location: Richmond, VA
Info: Chae’Meshia was found by police in a crashed vehicle. She had a gunshot wound and died at the scene.
Chae’Meshia is just one of far too many black trans victims of gun violence in the USA. She will be sorely missed.
Asia Jynaé Foster
Age: 22

Location: Houston, TX
Info: Asia was found in the street with multiple gunshot wounds on Friday 20th November - the Trans Day of Remembrance. Police suspect she had been killed elsewhere and her body dumped.
Fendi Mon'ezah Armstrong ("Peaches")
Age: 39
Date: 11/12/2020
Location: Lithonia, GA
Info: Fendi was found dead from a gunshot wound in a motel room.
Skylar Heath
Age: 20
Date: 11/4/2020
Location: Memphis, TN
Info: Skylar was shot on 4th November, but due to misgendering and deadnaming her murder was not reported until over two weeks later.
Angel Haynes ("Angel Unique")
Age: 25
Date: 10/25/2020
Location: Memphis, TN
Info: Angel was found with gunshot wound(s) at a motel early on Sunday 25th October. She died at the scene.
Brooklyn DeShauna Smith
Age: 20
Date: 10/7/2020
Location: Shreveport, LA
Info: Brooklyn's body was found in her apartment.
Felycya Harris
Age: 33
Date: 10/3/2020
Location: Augusta, GA
Info: Felycya's body was found in a park next to an elementary school. She was an interior decorator who ran her own company and also taught dance.
